Do you have a drawer like this?

This drawer holds all those miscellaneous utensils that everyone has in their kitchen.  I try to keep it organized but I can still never find anything and after a couple minutes of searching it always ends up looking like this.  I will be completely honest and tell you too that I don't even know what some of the things in this drawer are used for. I also cleaned it out a couple months ago and discovered a couple things we had doubles of and got rid of the extras but I think I may have a missed a couple. Please tell me I am not the only person who has a kitchen drawer that looks like this.
