I am trying not to get too crazy with the Christmas cookie this year since Lily's school just had a fund raiser selling cookie dough and I've now got 20+ pounds of dough in my freezers already. This year I am going to make:
1. Spritz Cookies
2. Chocolate Peanutbutter Rice Krispie bars
3. Frosted Raisin Spice cookies
4. Rolled Sugar Spice cookie
5. Old fashioned roll out sugar cookies that we'll be making with my mom so Lily can help decorate, I'm not brave enough to let her help on my own.

Oh but the mess that ensues with the sugar cookies is SO much fun!! Actually, the kids usually just eat the sprinkles and then add a few to the cookies here and there. :-)
Have your mom make some old fashion fudge and send it to us in Minnesota while you are doing the cookies. Made 2 batches of Spritz and 2 of peanut blossoms last night for the kids to take to church for a bake sale - had to bring 15 dozen cookies. Only had a few left so it is like I never made any for the holidays...will have to start again for family to enjoy!!
